First of all Congratulations on your engagement! I know that this is an exciting time for you and your fiancée, so I have decided to write a letter to ensure you will be able to enjoy your engagement. After celebrating your engagement, you may be in the process of starting or have started the wedding planning process, please make sure you have these three things https://worrellevents.com/2016/11/18/three-must-haves/ for successful wedding planning. You may also want to know what is the difference, between a Wedding Planner, Wedding Coordinator, and Wedding (Event) Designer, I got you https://worrellevents.com/2016/09/21/whatsthedifference/. If you would like to schedule a one on one consultation for more information, here you go https://worrellevents.com/contact .
When you schedule a free consultation, it is a 30 minute conversation to ask any questions, tell me about what services you need, and for me to tell you about the Worrell Events Experience. After the consultation you will receive a proposal within 48 hours for the services that you request during the consultation. The price listed on the proposal is good for Seven (7) days. If you decide to move forward, and I know you will, the deposit must be paid and the contract signed. The deposit will be deducted from you total price. We do offer monthly payment options, please inquire. For planning only, the final payment is due two weeks prior to your event date | for décor services final payment is due Thirty days prior to event date. You will get a description of the services that you requested on your proposal, no design concepts will be on the proposal, inspiration only. The deposit secures your date and allows me and my team to get to work. Design concepts will take place after you have booked with Worrell Events. I want to make sure that you have an amazing experience working with me and my team. https://worrellevents.com/weddings
A few final things to remember, if you receive a proposal Worrell Events and have questions or don’t want to move forward, please reach out and let me know.
